Infant Childcare in West Philadelphia
At Learning Central Preschool & Childcare, we provide safe, nurturing infant childcare in West Philadelphia for babies ages 8 weeks to 12 months.
We know how important these first months are, which is why our infant program is designed to give each baby the personalized care, comfort, and attention they need to feel secure and thrive.
Our full-day infant childcare program runs Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, giving West Philadelphia families dependable care in a warm, responsive environment.
With low teacher-to-child ratios, our caregivers are able to build strong bonds with each child while supporting their individual routines for feeding, naps, play, and early development.​
During infancy, every interaction matters. Our program focuses on bonding, sensory discovery, and early developmental milestones through age-appropriate experiences that encourage babies to explore the world around them.
From tummy time and music to storytime, movement, and hands-on sensory play, we create meaningful opportunities for growth throughout the day.

​We also know that communication with families is essential. That’s why we use Procare for daily updates, so parents can stay informed about their baby’s feedings, naps, diapering, and day-to-day experiences with ease and confidence.
​
As a CACFP-participating childcare center, we also provide meals, helping support children’s nutritional needs as part of our commitment to high-quality early care.

Tuition:
Full-time: $410/week
Part-time (3 days): $270/week
Enrollment for Infant Care
We offer rolling admissions for our infant childcare program, but openings are limited and tend to fill quickly.
Families interested in infant care are encouraged to join the waitlist as early as possible, ideally during pregnancy, to improve availability.​
